		<description>The problem lies with the intention of the authority. The sense of the prize will be lost if that sort of bias exists. One thing that can be done is categorizing some fields and giving the prize accordingly like the Nobel prizes ...this will restrict the number of people in politics ...and genuine people can be awarded to save the prestige of Bharat Ratna</description>
