Well, I am only angry. I am angry at this apathetic government and its high flown words and promises which it has no intention of keeping. Remember, how the venerable PM had said "Such terror tactics will not be tolerated" after the serial train blasts at Mumbai last year and just a few days later, had invited the scessionist groups for 'talks' across the table? Today, the dichotomy is such that the government is trying to use 'Gandhigiri' with the terrorists, but they forget that they do not have the stature or the farsighted intelligence of Gandhi, neither is it the British government that they are dealing with, which was probably selfish but at least accessible and reasonable enough to understand the power of non-violence, and finally, that this is not happening in the backdrop of a global crisis situation like the World War II. I am angry at this myopic, self-serving, minority appeasing, weak, inept government. Now that the terrorists have stormed the bastions of the global rich and powerful, the govt government and opposition are making a show of standing united. They are doing this not because they care, but because they are again thinking of saving their own skins. You think they would have bothered, had the terrorists stormed, say, just the CST, or the Chowpatty, or even the Fashion Street that is thronged by the common man like you and me? Think again!

It's really the worst times through which India as well as Mumbai is going through. Well, I like many other Indian citizens hope with this terrible attack people like RAJ and parties like MANSE should understand the real cause for which they should divert their strength and energy i.e., protecting the country and fighting terrorism..., not in dividing the country and causing terrorism. Where are they now?Hats off to all those who really put in their best to overcome the situation without caring for their life or near and dear ones and not even thinking once that "they are NOT MAHARASHTRIAN..then why save Mumbai"???

Just inrtospect yourself. You like thousands of other folk, may have scanned the channel, heard bastard commentory, witnessed channel wars, may have accounted death toll, may even have a shed of tear in eyes and sense of belongingness in heart, may have felt little down and dejected while viewing these stuff. But, at the end of the day, you may have convinced yourself and concluded - No- it is not my family member or my kith and kin. It will certainly not touch my city, my place, my existence.

If viewing those unmindful acts with attention, watching bastard channel anchors, who are not hesitant to take commercial breaks between their coverage to make you see Karina and Saif with one brand of Dish TV, grasping each word delivered by our coward and opportunist political fraternity and concluding the entire incident a fine live coverage, then I am sorry my friend- we are destined to be killed by some at their will.

This is high time- vote Mr Narendra Modi for becoming next PM. He being PM, will clear all these weeds.

Yes, the Mumbai terrorist attack is the ugliest and most shameful thing to happen. God knows how many innocents are killed, how many children must have suffered and what psychological effect it must have caused on the survivors. I think it's time for Emergency rule in India.
